Why are you excited for a B Local CT chapter?
What is compelling you to volunteer your time and resources to this newly forming organization?
I grew up in Hartford and have recently settled full-time in Greenwich. I see a big opportunity for CT to make a name and impact in the Business for Good movement based on the state's unique amount of money and power.
About Nell
Nell Derick Debevoise is a coach, facilitator, speaker, and author dedicated to making work healthier, fairer, and more inspiring for all of us. Through experience on four continents with leaders across sectors, and education at Harvard, Columbia Business School, Cambridge, and London Business School, she helps high-performing leaders get more intentional about how their work can be a force for good. Work with Nell's firm, 3D Performance, improves performance and well-being in three dimensions: Me, We, and World.
Along with her own 3D framework published in Going First: Find the Courage to Lead Purposefully and Inspire Action, Nell uses The GC Index for powerful data about leadership styles, and equine-assisted learning for natural wisdom. She is a certified EQUUS Faculty member, and facilitates equine-assisted learning sessions and retreats for leaders and teams looking for immersive and transformative growth experiences. Horses' wisdom from 56 million years of successful collaboration unlocks game-changing insights for leaders ready to move to the next level of success, impact, and thriving. This work takes place with a herd in the New York City area, as well as Nell's horse partners in Umbria, Italy and Santa Fe, New Mexico.

3D Performance Group is a woman-owned, CT Public Benefit Corporation and certified Pending B Corp that offers one-on-one coaching, group facilitation, speaking and advisory engagements, and immersive retreats.
